Robert Ayers
Robert retired from the McDowell County School system after working for 15 years as the district's finance officer. Robert is currently contracted by WRESA (Western Regional Education Service Alliance) to provide retirement consultation services and seminars to their employees. In the past 10 years, Robert has helped thousands of NC state employees navigate the retirement process in his role as a private consultant. Robert has a Master of Arts degree in School Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, both from Appalachian State University. Robert is the proud father of four children (including Woody), and has three beautiful grandchildren.
Woody Ayers
Woody is a licenced insurance provider for life, health, and long-term care insurance. He is a former special education teacher and spent five years as the director of a psychosocial rehabilitation center before transitioning to insurance and financial consulting three years ago. Woody has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western Carolina University. He is the proud father of a beautiful little girl.
